He was predeceased by: his parents, Jenny Stam and Jacob Theodorus Stam. He is survived by: his siblings, Ria (Heeringa), Eric Stam (Arie), Martha (Dunham) and Jacob Theo Stam (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
