She is survived by: her husband Fred; her sons, Freddy (El), Rick (Linda) and Terry; her brother Frank Tarnawski; and her granddaughters, Elaine (Chris), Nicole, Amanda and Sarah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to McMaster Children's Hospital.
