It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Elizabeth Gagnon (Stoney Creek, Ontario), born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on August 16, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Florian Gagnon; her sister-in-law Sharon Davies; and her parents, John Davies and Mina Davies. She is survived by: the mother of her child Jean Paul Gagnon; her daughter Joanne Starr; her son-in-law Daniel; her granddaughter Olivia Starr; her brother Robert Davies; and her nephew Mark Davies.
