He is survived by: his spouse Claire; his children, Kelly (John) and Katie (Milos); his grandson Owen; his sibling Cathy (Scott); his sister-in-law Carol (Joe); and his uncle Dave. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
As an expression of gratitude for the amazing care Dave received at the Juravinski Cancer Centre, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
