He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Chmilar and Alexandra Osinchuk; and his siblings, Adeline and Dmytro. He is survived by: his sisters, Luba Romach and Stephanie Courchesne; and his nieces and nephews, Edwardine, Steven and Tammy.
