He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Watters. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Watters; his children, Kyle Watters (Heather Lessard) of Belleville and Amanda St. Amand (Gary Sharp) of Levack; his grandchildren, Kyra, Mariah, Jasmine, Ashley, Evan and Avery; his great grandchildren, Nessarose and Lucina; and his brother Ronald Watters (Theresa) of St. John. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Research or the Deep River and District Hospital Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
