She was predeceased by: her father Allan Campbell. She is survived by: her children, Madison, Abigail, Zachary and Gavin; her mother Beverley Lush; and her siblings, Brad (Debbie), Kenny and Melody. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
