It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sherry Thompson (Stittsville, Ontario), born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph William Thompson; her son Rick; and her parents, William Burton Buchanan of Glencoe and Della Buchanan of Wisconsin. She is survived by: her child Shauna Lee; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Lee and B. J. of Russell, ON..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honour of her beloved Joe to the Perley & Rideau Veteran's Health Centre.
