It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Douglas McBurney of Stittsville, Ontario, born in Embro, Ontario, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Catherine; and his siblings, Alex, Audrey, Donna, Ruth, Marie and Joyce.

He is survived by: his children, Joan Elizabeth, Deborah Ann (Ray), John Douglas Jr. and Steven Andrew; his daughter-in-law Melanie Adams; his sister Margaret; and his brother-in-law Bill Armstrong of Mount Elgin, Ontario.. He is also survived by 1 wife, 4 children, 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
