Winifred Sarah Skanes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2025, at the age of 97, Winifred Sarah Skanes in Stirling, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howe White of Pool's Island and Laura May Radcliffe of Swansea, Wales.; her husband Hubert C. Skanes; and her children, Judy Hibbs (Malcolm) and Howard Skanes (Debbie).

She is survived by: her sister Lydia Bennett; her grandchildren, Howard Hibbs (Lisa), Darren Hibbs (Delia), Melanie Sullivan (Peter), Bradley Skanes and Jennifer Skanes; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Megan Hibbs, Dania, Alaina Hibbs, Chloe Sullivan, Aubrey and Isabelle Skanes.
