She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Moura Puim; her parents, Manuel Cabral Braga and Jacinta Sousa Braga; and her brothers, Antonio Braga, Jose Braga and Manuel Braga.

She is survived by: her children, Lydia Resendes (John) and Eric Puim (Wendy); her grandchildren, John Resendes, Sandra Resendes (Chris), Susie Resendes (Craig), Mandy Resendes (Geoff), Bobby Puim (Laura) and Alex Puim (Laura); her great grandchildren, John "Junior" Resendes, Neely Ralph, Gabrielle Webber (Mike), Krista Ralph, Nat Lawrence, James Lawrence, Mickey Resendes, Katie Resendes, Jason Resendes, Isabella Ralph, Haley Puim and Jacob Puim; and her great great grandchildren, Dominic Resendes and Ariadne Johnson-Resendes.
