He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Arbuckle and Garnet Arbuckle; his wife Nora Arbuckle (McDonnell); and his sister Virginia. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Arbuckle (Koningen); his siblings, William Arbuckle and Helen Thrower; and his nieces, Lynne Wilker, Anne Zehr and Cindy Thower-Kelly.
