He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Harper and Grace Harper (Armstrong); and his siblings, Jay, Bud and Bette.
He is survived by: his wife Stella; his sons, Larry (Evelyn) and Glenn (Lynda); his grandchildren, Corry (Sue), Kevin (Erin), Amy, Andrew (Stephanie) and Lindsay (Jenna); his sister-in-law Norma Harper; and also, Dawn, Curtis, Liam, Lea, Lochlan, Alayna, Kegan, Hailey, Morgan, Quinn, Taylor and Ben.
