She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Millsap and Vera Millsap (Bannerman); her son Arthur (Don Lowe); and her brother Glen. She is survived by: her children, Susan Cose (Dale), Murray Lowe and Steven Lowe (Heather); her grandchildren, Wade Cose (Angela), Brea Hodge (Robert), Debra Lowe-Chartier (Luke Bryant), Christopher Lowe (Elise), Angela and Kaitlin Lowe; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Madi Cose, Tate, Alec Hodge, Elsie Chartier, Levi Bryant Scarlett, Grant, Kellen and Declan Lowe. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sick Kids Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Fairvern Nursing Home, Huntsville would be appreciated by the family.
