He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nicole; his children, Derrick (Jeanie), Keith and Ernie (Katie); his grandchildren, Billie Jo (James), James and Stacey; his great grandchildren, Jessie, Lex, Lizzy and Mathias; his sisters, Joan Vrooman (late Jim) and Dorothy Currie (Gordon); and his parents, Les Mills and Reta Mills. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Norm may be made to a charity of choice.
