Nan Plater Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nan Plater of Stayner, Ontario, who passed away on November 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, John and Bob Grindlay; and her brother-in-law Donald Plater (Margaret). She is survived by: her grandchild Stayner (late Allen); her children, Tom (Mary Jane), Steve (Jackie), Cathie (late Gord McEachern) and Yvonne (John Van Niekirk); her foster daughter Gail Vent; her grandchildren, Colleen (Stuart), Wendy, Brandon, Tammy (Keith), Darren (Shauna) and Maria (Kevin Hesp); her great grandchildren, Joshua, Danika, Nathan, Jack, Evie, Shaylen, Sydney and Sawyer; and her pet Roxy.

Due to the current pandemic, a public ceremony will be scheduled at a later date.

If desired, a donation to Diabetes Canada or the Georgian Triangle Humane Society would be appreciated by her family.
