She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Kopacz; her sons, Mike and Walter; her siblings, Walter Medwedchuk and Edith Albin; and her parents, Mike Medwedchuk and Sophia Medwedchuk.
She is survived by: her sons, Harry, Tim and Stefan; her pet Musha; her grandchildren, David, Suzzane, Sherri, Jennifer, Kristy, Alex, Samantha and Devon; her great grandchildren, Cody, Colton, Tyler and Megan; and her brother Sylvester Medwedchuk. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
