He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Paul (Janet), David (Pamela), Earl (Karan), Nancy Brett and Elinor (Ken Rye); his grandchildren, Diane (Chris), Allison (Lucas), David Jr. (Teara), Matthew (Samantha), Alex, Miami, Cameron (Hailey), Amanda (Clancy) and Kirstyn (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Nathan, Aubrey, Anna, Alexis and Jamie.
