James Chester Hanna Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2022, at the age of 85, James Chester Hanna of Stayner, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne; his children, Kim (Harry Hodgins) and John (April); his grandchildren, Jody Hodgins (Jim McMaster), Jessie Hodgins (Glenn Richards), Jamie Hanna (Erin Plummer) and William Hanna; his great grandchildren, Eve Richards, Bowen Hanna and Ivy Hanna; his brothers, Eric, Dr. Ed (Helen), Enos (Helen) and Doug (Marjorie); his parents, Dr. J. Edward Hanna and Melissa Hanna; his nieces, Susan Hanna, Debbie Hanna and Sharon Ainley; and his nephew Paul Hanna.

If desired, in lieu of flowers a donation to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation for Prostate Cancer Research or the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
