He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winsor and Helen Winsor of Kingston. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Joshaua (Melissa) and Taylor; and his grandchildren, Lily-Bob and Hazel.
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Hartley's memory.
