He was predeceased by: his brother Mike Blakely. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Akeem), Jeff, Mark (Celine) and Stephen; his grandchildren, William, Orlyn, Savanna, Titan (Lexi), Azurdi and Jaxzon; his great grandchild Benjamin; and his siblings, Jimmy Blakely, John Blakely, Alan Blakely (Joan) and Mary Blakely. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
