He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harvey and Mildred Harvey; and his siblings, Lloyd (Dora), Margaret (Ernie Peverill), Dorothy (Ray Wyant), Marion (Vernon Day), Paul (Dora) and Linda Harvey.
He is survived by: his brother Harold; his wife Barbara Joan Elliott; and his children, Kevin (Cheryel), Sandra (Steve Weston), Gwen (Joel Gulley) and Gary (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
