He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Parsons and Sylvia Parsons; his brother Bill Parsons; his brother-in-law Ken MacLeod; his nephew Duane Parsons; and his great-nephew Duane Nethery.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Parsons (Charlotte) and Jane MacLeod; his sister-in-law Sally Parsons; and his nieces and nephews, Glen, Dennis, Dale, Tammy, Debbie and Lee-Anne.
