As Stanley departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Stanley. Though Stanley may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his spouse Emmy; and his children, Caroline Theune (Russ), Linda Huisman (Mark), Harold Antonides (Lisa) and Renee VanderVeen (Butch). He is also survived by grandchildren and their spouses and his fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Immanuel United Reformed Church (2900 Fourth Ave L2R6P9). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Heritage Christian School (https://www.hcsjordan.ca) A private interment will take place at St. John's cemetery.
