He was predeceased by: his wife Maria; and his brothers-in-law, Jospeh Tripodi and Tony Tripodi. He is survived by: his children, Salvatore, Mary Anne Nolan (Doug), Stephen and Rosanne Cecchini (Mark); his grandchildren, D. J., Andrea (Mike), Matthew, Sarah and Anthony; and his in-laws, John Tripodi (Rosa), Georgette Tripodi and Louise Tripodi.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bocchinfuso Funeral Home (2 Regent St, Thorold, ON L2V1T1). A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church (21 Queen St S, Thorold, ON L2V3M7). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (3651 Thorold Townline Rd, Thorold, ON L2V3Y5). A prayer was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
