Giovanna Coco Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2025, Giovanna Coco (St. Catharines, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Parisi and Calogera Parisi; her in-laws, Giuseppe and Francesca Coco; and her brothers, Giuseppe and Calogero.
She is survived by: her children, Franca (Sam), Joe (Cindy) and Lilla (Domenic); her grandchildren, Martino (Kathy), Ignazio, Jeffrey, John (Melissa), Angela (Vittorio), Paul (Xochil) and Giovanna (Nick); her great grandchildren, Ayla, Livia, Rocco, Lorenzo and Evalina; and her siblings, Mima, Carmela (Joe), Alfonso (Teresa), Salvatore (Anna) and Anna Marie (Alfonso). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1). A vigil service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roman Catholic Church (272 Vine St, St. Catharines, ON L2M4T3). An entombment was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens (2250 ON-20, Fonthill, ON L0S1E6).
