Geraldine Pogoda Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Geraldine Pogoda (St. Catharines, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geraldine Pogoda to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Pogoda; and her brother Lawrence Ciupak. She is survived by: her children, Joe, MaryLou Lorenzen (Christian), Vicky Woolridge (Randy) and Mitch Pogoda (Deborah); her grandchildren, Henry (Danella), Ellen (Kyle), Jack (Natalie), Frank, Rachel, Robin (Dan), Joe, Katie, Laura and Audrey; her brother Norm Ciupak (Lorraine); and her sisters-in-law, Stella, Jennie and Teresa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Victoria Lawn Cemetery (431 Queenston St, St. Catharines, ON L2P2Y3).
