He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blower and Millicent Blower (Millie). He is survived by: his sisters, Janet (Paul) and Connie (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Charlene (Dave), Beverley (Jason), Carrie-Ann (Ryan), Joey and Tyler (Alyssa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin (Brittany), Ryan (Katrina), Brookelynn, Stephanie, Ellie and Owen.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Victoria Lawn Cemetery (432 Queenston St, St. Catharines, ON L2P2Y2).
