She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolf Krzywonos; and her daughter Stella. She is survived by: her children, John (Dal) and Donna (Burt); her grandchildren, Master Sailor Robert Opat (Chantal), Jeannie (Lee), Jerrad, Justin, Jason, Julia (Amir), Katie and Caleb; her great grandchildren, Alyxia, Alvin, Matthew, Addison and Fiona; and her pet Rico. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Darte Funeral Home (585 Carlton St, St. Catharines, ON L2M 4Y1). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (5 Oblate St, St. Catharines, ON L2M5C5). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at the Victoria Lawn Cemetery (431 Queenston St, St. Catharines, ON L2P2Y3).
