He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emily Petrovich; his daughter Christine (Sean); his mother Ann of Jesus; and his sons, Gregory (Barbara) and Tony (Leslie). He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren, extended family and many friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Julia Roman Catholic Church (251 Glenridge Ave, St. Catharines, ON L2T3K2). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at 681 Mud St E, Hamilton, ON L8J3B8.
