It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Augustine Currie of Springfield, Ontario, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, George, Jerry and Kevin Currie; and his parents, Augustine Currie and Emma May Currie.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Currie (Sovie); his daughters, Sherrie Goodwin (Scott) and Michelle "Missy" Chaulk (Murray); his grandchildren, Jared (Katie), Sean, Jessica, Alex, Hazel and Harley; and his siblings, Linda Sheeler (Rick) and Jim Currie (Cheryl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 a private family service will be held at a later date.

Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
