She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Phillips; her children, Thomas Phillips (Charlene), Skip Phillips, Jack Phillips (Teresa) and Mary Lou Bentley (Dave); her parents, Orr Neff and Mary Neff (Travis); and her siblings, Neil, Harvey, Velma, Edna and Ruby.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Geri-Lee, Randi, Victoria, Jeffrey (Deana), Scott, Don and Dwayne; her great grandchildren, Faith, Raylee, Ainsley, Alie, Sophia and James; and her siblings, Ron Neff, Myrtle Hopf (Ron) and Janice Crafts (Nelson).

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
