He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah May Rickard and Gordon Phillip Gent; and his sister Rhea Lynn. He is survived by: his sister Marie (late Daniel Giret); his nieces and nephews, Joelle, Jeremy and Jonathan; his sister Betty (Rod Hope); his nieces and nephews, Brandi, Sabrina, Candace, Jacqueline, Brittney, Chelsey and Brandan; his sister Doreen (David Shepherd); and his nephews, Dylan, Ethan and Tanner.
