We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019, at the age of 35, Jason Geerts (Springfield, Ontario), born in London, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Brandie Geerts; his sons, Ethan Geerts and Brody Geerts; his parents, Chris Geerts and Geraldine Geerts (Berkelmans); his parents-in-law, Bonnie Shackelton and Brian Verbuyst (Diana); his siblings, Christy Smith (Geerts), Brian Geerts and Shaun Geerts; his siblings-in-law, Anita Geerts (Menich), Kristen Vidlak, Marty Smith, Brent Verbuyst and Mitch Verbuyst; his niece Kayle Smith; and his nephews, Mavin Smith, Sheldon Geerts and Quinn Geerts.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial donations be made to the Aylmer Minor Hockey Association.
