He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Owens and Freda Owens (Guest); and his sisters, Kathy and Terry. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Samantha Lougheed (Chris) and Victoria Stewart (Tim Young); his grandson Wyatt; and his siblings, Tom (Michelle), Kenneth (Donna), Donna Patterson (Bill) and Wendy Russell (Bill). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
