He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sheila Hopkins; his children, Steven, Paul (Nancy) of Cardinal, Dawn Delaney (Kevin McAlpine) of Brockville and Jeff (Nicki Lafontaine) of Johnstown; his siblings, Ruth Thompson (Ray) of Kemptville, Marg Richards (Bob) of Campbellford and Esther Scott (John) of Whitby; and his grandchildren, Brooke Merkley, Erin Merkley, Spencer Delaney, Ryan Hopkins, Haley Hopkins and Trista Hopkins. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
