It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Debassige of Spanish, Ontario, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Osawamick and Rosalie Osawamick; her husband Norman Debassige; her children, Donald (Winnie), Boniface (Freda) and Conrad Norman Junior; and her siblings, Annie, Charlotte, Madeline, Cecile, James, John, Adam and Bernard.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy (Edward), Adam (Lorraine), Calvin (Cathy), Wayne (Heather) and Arnold (Lorraine); and her sisters-in-law, Beatrice, Virginia and Eliza.
