He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Dolson (Halsey); his daughter Kathryn Dolson; his parents, Annabelle Dolson (Doxator) and William Stanley Dolson; and his brother Sidney Earl Dolson.

He is survived by: his children, Barbara Fisk, Deborah Belmont and Stanley Dolson Jr.; and his stepsons, Joseph Dolson, Jay Halsey and Greg Halsey.
