He was predeceased by: his spouse Kozy Zadow; his parents, Frank Zadow and Florence Zadow; his parents-in-law, Murray and Anna Moore; his brother Franklin; and his siblings-in-law, Connie and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Todd (Steph) and Georgia (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Zack, Katrina (Josh), Hunter, Sam and Maddie; his great grandchild Keegan Kozy; his extended family, Courtney, Michael, Caitlin, Kurtis, Carly, Cory (Sawyer), Rae Ann and Hayden (Andrew); and his sister Carol Ann O'Brien.
