He was predeceased by: his former wife Alicia (Washburn); and his parents, Josephine Windsor (Sharman) and Frank Windsor. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his sons, Brock and Grant (Gemma); and his sister-in-law Heather Sullivan (John). He is also survived by family, his Masonic brothers, and many friends.
Memorial donations to St. Paul's Anglican Church or the Chantry Senior's Center would be appreciated by the family.
