He is survived by: his spouse Melba (Mel); his daughters, Wendy Green (Steve), Maureen Smith (Dean) and Anne Marie MacQueen (John); his grandchildren, Michael, David, Ryan Green, Nicole Smith, Matthew Smith, Shailyn MacQueen and Faith MacQueen; and his great grandchild Daniel Green.
