She is survived by: her husband Sheldon; her children, Trevor (Sarah) of Kitchener, Terry (Jessica) of Kitchener and Amanda Cook (Ken) of Port Elgin; her grandchildren, Logan, Elliott Casemore, Trent and Tanner Cook; and her siblings, Alice Hatt (Barry) of Owen Sound and John Burtwistle (Barb) of Nanaimo, BC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request that memorial donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
