She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Henry Fotherby (John); her parents, Robert Pentney and Illa Pentney; her siblings, Bernice, Robert, Mary and Penny; her granddaughter Cassandra; and her great grandchild Christopher. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
