He was predeceased by: his father Anthony "Tony" Roote; his brother Martin; and his grandparents, Tilly Salt, Daniel and Maisie Roote.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Kahgee; his siblings, Ron, Jason, Quentin, Jacob and Amanda; his uncles, Steve Roote (Marilyn), Mike Roote and Cory King (Paul); his nieces and nephews, Brendan, Cole, Emily, Caleb, Colby, Tayla and Rayden; and his cousins, Craig, Matthew, Nicholas, Kimberly, Marshall, Jenny and Trevor.
