She was predeceased by: her husband James Cook of Southampton; and her parents, Joseph Schultz and Olga Schultz. She is survived by: her children, Dan Cook (Joan) of Cochrane, Cathy McDermid (Murray) of Port Elgin, John Cook (Esther Buchanan) of Meaford, Pat Shular (Randy) of Southampton, Shirley Cook (Jeff Lenz) of Owen Sound and Dave Cook (Janice) of Cochrane; her grandchildren, Sandra (Eric), Elizabeth (Scott), Nancy (Matthew), Kristen (Sean), Stacey (Derek), Jennifer, Suzanna, Jodi-Ann (Logan), Lyndsay (Brandon), Samantha (Zack) and Katherine (David); and her sister Lillian Harron. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
