He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Beth Fenlon; his parents, Joseph Fenlon and Hanorah Fenlon; and his siblings, Verna Keech (late Harry Barrett), Clarence Fenlon (late Eileen) and Helen Barrett (late Frank Barrett).
He is survived by: his children, Trevor Fenlon (Cavell) and Kerry-Lynn Fenlon (Dan Robinson); his grandchildren, Tristan, Liam and Shaelynn; and his siblings, Aileen O'Neill (late James), Marian Meagher (late James) and Walter Fenlon (Linda Ann Daly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
