He was predeceased by: his son Andy; and his parents, Frank Bulina and Mary Bulina. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Phillips); his son Bruce Bulina (Angie Mcmaster); his brother Mike Bulina (Helen) of Calgary; and his niece Barb Boulet Ottawa (Cam).
