Frank Higgins Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, at the age of 74, Frank Higgins (Southampton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary; his siblings, Nell, Bern, Madge, John, Ron, Ethel, Harold and Andrew; his sisters-in-law, Sharon and Sheila; and also, Frances and William Ladd.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Higgins; his children, Shawn (Janine) and Cory (Shannon); his grandchildren, Emily, Persephone, Linkoln and Henri; and his brothers, Leo and Leonard (Heather).
