He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge James Duncan and Doris McCallum. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jay (Leslie), Tim (Tracey), Dave (Mel) and Andrea; his grandchildren, Cameron, Ian, Katie, Paige, Tate and Everett; and his sisters, Julie (Ted) and Donna (Francesca).
