He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Blacklock (Hillis) and Stanley Blacklock; and his siblings, Ruth Schultz and Sheldon Blacklock. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Livingstone; his children, Terry Blacklock (Heather Cairns), Kim Ramsay and Randy Blacklock (Carole); his grandchildren, John Blacklock (Kate Dobinson-Dunne), Megan Blacklock (Joel Hudman), Corey Blacklock and Kelsey Blacklock; his great grandchildren, Landon Kettyle and Jack Hudman; and his partner's children, Mindy (Fabian), April Keneth (Kevin) and Cristal (Abdul).
